A young family dreaming of beach trips inspired this project. Here the cityscape is the vast ocean and their pastel aerie overlooking it is beach house high modern, practical and luxurious. 

VLY Studio worked with Josh’s firm on the color palette and other hard finishes for this ambitious combination of three apartments into one expansive family residence.
